Safe hands community care enables you to live independently as possible while providing NDIS participants with support to meet goals relating to participating in the community, social, and recreational activities or spending time with friends.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Specialist disability accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.

SDA dwellings have accessible features to help residents live more independently.

Respite Care (Short-term accommodation)

Respite care is one of the services of Safe hands community care for people with special needs. We offer respite care to provide family members with some time off and peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are being well cared for.

Home Modification

Safe hands community care is here to fulfil all your desires in regards to any change around your house.

We are undergoing registration of NDIS and can provide Home Modifications service, this means we can improve home environment by making changes to the structure, layout or fittings as per the requirements of the participant.

Daily Tasks/ Shared Living

At Safe hands community care, assistance with Daily Tasks/Shared Living focuses on developing and enhancing domestic skills that allow clients to live happily. It can also assist participants with budgeting, support for self-care, accommodation and activities within a residency. We can also provide one-to-one assistance with a carer. 

Assist-personal Activities

Safe hands community care team can assist you with personal care services such as showering and dressing, personal hygiene & grooming, going to the toilet, getting in and out of bed, doing your hair, moving around the house, cooking delicious meal, and feeding.

Assistance in Travel/ Transport

At Safe hands community care, transport supports include personal transport-related aids and equipment, or guidance to use public transport. Our support workers can also assist you in travelling to your medical appointments, get your shopping, work and place of education.

Development -Life Skills

Safe hands community care help NDIS participants with daily personal activities. We are here to support people with disability to learn, grow, and work so that participants can enjoy their life happily.

Group Activities

Safe hands community care has a range of group activities to assist our NDIS participants to lead an independent life. We promote socialisation while offering various Group/Centre activities such as Art and crafts, music, games, Computer Room, TV & Movies Room, Library & Quiet Room, BBQ and more.
